Below are the policies and processes to guide you through your custom design experience. 1. Design Process and Timeline Step 1: Consultation • What to Expect: A 1-hour in-person or virtual consultation to discuss your vision, occasion, and design preferences. We will review sketches, fabrics, and timelines. • Timeline: Must be booked a minimum of 10 weeks before your desired delivery date to ensure completion. Step 2: Design Approval • After the consultation, Menia Paige will provide: • Sketches of your custom design. • A mood board featuring fabric samples and embellishments. • A detailed price quote. • Timeline: You’ll receive these within 5 business days post-consultation. Approval and payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to proceed. Step 3: Fittings We schedule three fittings to ensure the perfect fit: 1. First Fitting (4-6 weeks before delivery): Review garment structure, fit adjustments, and design details. 2. Second Fitting (2-3 weeks before delivery): Finalize garment details, including embellishments and finishing. 3. Final Fitting (1 week before delivery): Ensure the garment is flawless for your event. • Additional fittings requested by the client will incur a fee of $50 per session. Step 4: Completion and Delivery • Once your garment is complete, you may: • Schedule an in-person pickup. • Request shipping (additional fees apply). • Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before delivery or pickup. 2. Pricing Policy Custom design pricing varies based on complexity, materials, and embellishments.
